Nigel Brown serves as the CEO of Lancelot. Nigel Brown is a former decorated police officer and veteran of Scotland Yard.
He is a globally recognised detective and multi-award-winning forensic investigator, subject matter expert and speaker on corporate risk and crisis management.
Following his retirement from the Metropolitan Police, he has held senior roles at some of the world’s leading security and risk mitigation agencies. He has a proven track record of supporting and resolving crisis situations for numerous Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 corporations.
Nigel also serves as the head of International Risk for TNF, an international investment firm headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, with an office in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

Tony Imossi
Tony Imossi serves as the managing director of Lancelot.
Since 1981, Tony has provided discreet, confidential investigative services to the legal profession, corporate and high-worth individuals.
Specialising in corporate fraud, theft, due diligence and general litigation support, Tony is innovative in utilising investigative skills and methodologies, working closely with clients’ legal teams to achieve desired objectives in a professional and compliant manner.
Tony has for over 20 years also worked closely with the investigation sector leading professional body, the UK and overseas governments and the British Standards Institution, creating good practice policies, and codes of conduct and generally improving standards for the protection of clients and the public in the provision of investigative services.

Lady Milbank
Natalie Milbank has worked for some of the most trusted and established security and risk mitigation firms, specialising in hostile environments and conflict zones.
This experience includes senior roles in global firms such as Kroll Security International and GardaWorld.
Natalie’s role has been to prepare for and respond to crises worldwide, implementing security projects in hostile environments in support of the UK and US governments, The United Nations, The Asia Foundation, International Monetary Fund, non-governmental organisations, corporates and charities.
Her roles have encompassed the design and delivery of complex projects, involving intelligence based low profile secure logistics, mobile and static security, close protection and kidnap response.
